Well I thought you wanted some personal experiences from forum members but just in case I Googled them out of curiosity. Never any harm in asking.

Me and several mates have bought from them, but we actually went to the shop as it's not far. We've all been happy with our purchases, ranging from my £200 Claude Butler MTB to my mate's £1000 Cannondale RZ

Well, I selected a bike online on Sunday evening but because I wanted it delivered to work I had to make an internet bank transfer rather than pay online. The online order did not go through. I emailed what I wanted, then called the shop on Monday to check it was available. I made the bank transfer and the bike arrived at work on Tuesday morning !

It was well packed up and well put together. Very happy punter !

I got a Giant Defy 2 2011.

I am delighted with it. It rides like a dream, much less chatter than the all aluminium FCR3. It feels very sure-footed, the carbon forks must absorb a lot of vibration. It will take some getting used to, but I am a very happy bunny
