Surley even in Canada a bicycle can't be pulled for being 'unsafe'
All the vehicle is a recumbent with a full shell

I wonder what the Canadian cops would make of the "beerbike" which can be found every day on the streets of Amsterdam

Ill use a Lotus Elise i think.
I will steal my uncles, drop the engine out(its a track car, but he uses it every day) and cut a few holes and have that as my day car.
Even take it to the track a few times.

but those were built as a bike. the car was originally built as a heavy car and has been adapted, so the officer has gone with caution and treated it like a car, which has to have their equivalent of an MOT etc
