Perusing the lighting regs and read the bit about pedal reflectors.

Thinks.......... No clipless pedal has reflectors or can be fitted with them.

Am I therefore a criminal for riding LOOK Keos after dark?

Reflectors for spds are available if you want to remain legal whilst clipped in.

Yep - got a pair. Used to have them fitted. Now they are just lounging about somewhere in the depths of my garage.

I'd be surprised if Plod even recognised it as an offence. And being sooooooo overworked I'm sure there would be no donuts uneaten

You'll never be pulled for it, plod won't even look twice, especially if you have some lights on.

Having said that, both my pairs of Shimano shoes have some reflectives built into the shoe on the back of the heel.
