Leaving Nolton Haven I head for Haverfordwest and Morrisons, finding somwhere to secure the rig proves to be a bit of a problem. There are one or two dodgy looking charachters loitering and the store is very busy. In the end I man handle it into their foyer and secure the lot to a rail inside the window. Having replenished my provisions and heading out towards the station, the turning for Uzmaston is located and the trip takes on a different flavour, Using minor roads and rough tracks ( not easy with a fully loaded trailer and slick tyres I can tell you). Following the Eastern Cleddau river I find an old bridge to cross it by a dissused mill.

Taking another track through part of Canaston wood, I pick yp the A4075 and ride south. Then the A4115 to Templeton and on to Saundersfoot ( New hedges). The campsite is located down a dead end road once again adjacent to the pembrokshire coast path. (£8 per night).

Being a lovely evening Saundersfoot along the coast path beckons. It only looks about a mile on the Garmin but this part of the coast path is rough and steep and it takes abut half an hour to reach the town. After a few jars with some friendly locals its time for some well earnt shut eye.

Awakening early, this time the other direction to Tenby is taken along the coast path. This part is even steeper but Im too early for any of the cafes for a cuppa and retrace my steps back to camp.

After b/fast its a lazy morning in the sunshine before striking camp and heading for home. I take a cross country route via Whitland and Blaenwaun, a route of punnishing hills and screaming descents, the descent into Whitland being particularly memmorable (48.7 mph ^_^) as was the climb out (3.2 mph )

All in all a memorable little trip, but the best was yet to come, on arriving home wifey had evicted the MiL !
