For those who don't know, this is a Matador, with person for scale:

I did get it wrong one time and the Mat trundled slowly across the cobbled road and knocked down the stone wall opposite! I quickly rebuilt it so no one noticed and it didn't happen.

You quickly rebuild a wall?
All the workmen I get do everything slowly (and half way)

I read it and thought 'Must be some big boat of a car'. Then googled it.

Little chance of any official help with a blocked driveway.

Slightly more chance if the blocking car is also blocking the road itself and the road might need to be used by the emergency services.
