Bought for a build that I never got around to. There's a few small scratches and one reasonably sized one on the side (see photo). Looks worse than it really is due to the flash, and is purely cosmetic. Bearings are as silky smooth as ever (they're Phil's after all) and I'd expect the hub to outlast most of us!
Cinelli 63 handlebars. (£30 posted).
40cm c-c. These are similar in shape to Merckx style 66's but a lot shallower. No cable grooves. Good condition, a few scratches where the levers have been put on and taken off but otherwise excellent.
