[Aperitif]

I get requests from Researchgate to verify that I am the author on a number of academic papers. They are simply online databases of publications that link academics and provide simple metrics about their impact factors. Being retired, I have no interest in my impact and simply ignore the request.

Most of you emails probably start: "Rockymountain, hi!"
