After 4 punctures in 1 week from cycling over road debris and glass on the last part of my commute up the A38 cyclepath by toyota i rang them up and they actually said they would send some one out to investigate and clean it up.
RESULT !!
On a plus note sold a scrap copper immersion tank to a merchant for £42 so went and spent it on some conti gator skins ( shhhh the wife things the tank was worthless so doesn't know cost of tyres which come to 1/2 what the bike cost
