I am doing Ronde van Nederlands in May, and the long distance cycle route goes past this guy's gym.

I have been a fan of his for years. I might pop in for a fight coffee.

He is a nice guy, but scarey.

I took part in a seminar of his in London a few years ago at the excel Arena, my Thai Boxing club were involved in a tournament there at the time, and again in Thailand.

I've never used his gym in Holland but I'm sure he will be happy to slap you around a bit clean your bike.
