I've just been reading some Chat/Take a Break magazines (completely out of boredom of course).

I've probably missed any other posts on the subject but all of a sudden there was gb155 jumping out from betwix the pages of a March 11 edition.

It wasn't too bad

Sadly there were a few " not quite accurate facts" to add drama

Wasn't really a publication I was trying to get into but thought it would help bring the idea of cycling for weight loss more into the mainstream as all the papers don't want to pick up my story as it seems they much prefer a negative obesity story than a positive one ( tho I am still trying to crack them)

What really killed the take a break story was the fact that the cycling active , 6 page, plus photoshoot landed at the same time.

You kept quiet about that one gb155 you tinker, hope your not planning on hitting it big time next month and appearing in Woman's Own, but don't worry, I probably won't see it, I've not read Woman's Own to look at the adverts etc for a thrill since I was a little kid and grew a bit taller and become able to reach the magazines on the top shelf in the newsagents.

D'ya know gaz, whatever all the piss takers think, ur story was passed round a fair few ppl with a 'oooh look I know him' flutter of the pages by me over a cuppa. Everyone was very impressed - and not just the 'women mag' readers. Those that could manage to put down page 3 also dragged their knuckles over.(Rolly eyes cos on phone).
