That's making me homesick, I've no cycled in Fife since last year ;-(

And watch out for an SVM heading to Newport on Monday (see Crankarm's thread https://www.cyclechat.net/) - I'm due to arrive around 1030hrs and depart around 1600hrs. I might have the road bike in the back of the van to take a wee ride, but once behind the wheel I'm bound to start knuckle dragging again.....
Be careful another thread was about the SVM heading from Strathcylde to Fife along the M74, great roads though when you get there. :B)

I haven't been to Fife in years. It used to be a regular holiday destination when I was growing up, as my family on Mum's side are from Lower Largo. Must go back soon.

My van was mentioned on Moray Firth Radio last week, but I don't want to go into details.

Had to take it to Autoglass at Bothwell for windscreen repairs. While the new one was getting fitted I took the Trek for a few laps of Strathclyde Country Park, can't wait to watch the '14 commonwealth games triathlon there.

Isn't Lower Largo the real home of Robinson Crusoe? Dived on the sewage outfall there a couple of times, looked like a nice place (from above the water).

Ahh sorted, I popped out for a 36 miler this morning in the Cliesh Hills. I was surprised how white and icy they were still! needless to say it was a pretty slow ride. I remember hitting ice at one point and just freewheeled/glided up hill and just prayed I had enough momentum.
