where can I find these?
Chainreaction cycles do something similar called 'Smart' but others have said that its not quite as good - and does not have the same flashing sequence - also its discontinued on Chain reaction cycles website, plus its says its only 1/2 watt as opposed to the 1 watt on the planet bike website.

It's a Smart, just under another name. Called an R1 too. Get the better R2 model.
