Saturday: - my missus is out all day tomorrow with friends. Me, bit of gardening, painting, bike fettling for Sunday . If weather OK I'll cycle down with the kids to the local cyclist's cafe - promised the kids flapjack and the wicked hot chocolates they do.

Sunday is Polocini Mini Expresso sportive. Great route, lots of hills ! Sunday evening is out for a meal with family as it's my sister's birthday.

Enjoying access to the tele tonight as the OH is out, then tomorrow out with kiddie trailer on the bike for some shopping with the oldest kid (3 years) then thinking of heading to Camborne for Trevithick Day as the weather is supposed to be fair!

in the very place they're singing about here. Tomorrow will be spent hill walking in the Peak Dizzy while Sunday will be spent cycling and then casting my expert eye over the footballings. And I've got another banjo song I'm learning that needs some fine tuning so I'll have to get on with that.

I'm doing my massage course both days, out to see a radio recording of Mark Thomas tomorrow and collapsing in a heap on Sunday with a large gin in my hand.

If anyone wants a free massage and doesn't mind coming to the depths of zone 4 then just yell as I need loads of people for case studies and practice.

Cycle ride Sat morning. Try to avoid DIY duties (every weekend has this feature). Investigate why our finances are so miserable. Sort out the shed.

Tonight - Easy recovery spin on the turbo, bike check and set up for tomorrow.
Saturday - AM: Organising 5km run + Pre-race leg priming ride, PM: 25 mile TT
Sunday - Endurance ride, some marking, some relaxing

Fettling Saturday (New chain, cassette and big ring) followed by a gentle test ride, then a TT on Sunday down at Goostrey on J2/3.

Tonight sister inlaw's birthday meal me driving, tommorow ride out to the LBS possibly buy some much needed items and have a chat, or head out to Epping forest first via road into forest do a quick circuit, head back out onto road then down to LBS buy items and back home for a BBQ at neighbours, sunday hangover get up do chores and garden...

Tonight: wash the week away with copious amounts of red whine and Budvar. Perhaps replace a spoke on a back wheel.
Tomorrow: worm bothering, nice tea, arseing around.

Off to see T-Rextacy at Westcliff Palace on Saturday. Saw the man himself in the 70's when he was still Tyrannosaurus Rex, even got Marc and Steve's autographs somewhere around the house.
