PLASTIC BAG CRASH !!!!!

Wow I never thought there would be so many replies so soon !!!!!!!! Not sure if it should be or . I relayed the story to a mutual friend of ours and he sent me this link about plastic bags, I thought my mates one off incident was bad!

No litter-related incidents but I did once witness a mate hitting a squirrel on a fast downhill run once. We were doing something around 45mph at the time. The rodent ended up in two pieces and my mate had bits all over him. He took a while to see the funny side

yes, I wrapped a plastic bag round the gears once, it does indeed turn into a solid and takes an awful lot of picking out

All these people having bags tangled up in their rear mechs and gears, i have a solution for you all




Stop peddling when you see a plastic bag and think you might hit it Wouldnt get tangled up in your rear mech then, maybe in your wheel but you can just brake if that happens.

I think the first time it happened I underestimated what damage a plastic bag could do.
