Playing Digitally Stored Music at Home

Laptop connected with either USB or SPdif via beresford Caiman DAC to integrated amp . Media Monkey on the laptop to organise and play it all. Of course this means the laptop has to be reasonably near the hi fi. Our house ain't big so no problem.

Marantz music server running through a proper hi fi, controlled from the laptop or remote, has four zones same music on all four, or a differant tune in each zone, had it about five years never misses a beat sound awsome.
