Does anybody polish their bikes, if so what do you use?

I thinking more of the cycling version of AutoGlym.

I don't use anything fancy, just spray some Pledge on and then wipe off with a soft cloth.

Finish Line Pro Detailer for the clear coated items - a bit better than Mr Sheen but not that much to be honest.

For the odd frame that doesn't have a clear top-coat I use a car wax.

Do I polish my bikes?

I clean with Mr sheen or wet wipes after every ride. Mickle the chain and then polish the whole thing with 3M Ultra Performance Paste Wax.

It has been said by some of my friends that I go over the top, but I think they're just jealous

A mixture of a 2 year old and a wife with a shopping/hoarding addiction means I will never be short of babywipes.

The roads are really mucky around here at present so its a quick blast with hose pipe and a rub down with Lidl babywipes.
Even in the dark its therapeutic after the commute home.
