Looks a good deal to me, if the bike is sound (it certainly looks well looked after)!

It's worth remembering that whilst the odd issue with the bike isn't a deal breaker, and may only cost a few quid to fix, if there are multiple things wrong with it, it can all add up very quickly.

One of the checks that I consider the most important is checking for play in the wheels.If wheels have been run for a while with incorrect tension on the bearings (play in them), then it is very likely that there could be damage to the hubs which can be very expensive to fix.
