Possible solution to the close pass

I've wanted for years to cycle with a giantcartoon-comedy can opener across the back of my bike, with the sharp end to the right.

Anyone know where I can get one?

There was an add on TV for an insurance company about a year ago which showed someone riding a motorbike down a street with a ladder strapped across his back and everyone diving for cover. That would certainly cut down on close passes.
