Previewing thread contents

When you hold your mouse pointer over a thread title, there's normally a little preview box showing the first couple of lines of the first post.

For some reason, I'm not currently seeing this. I'm using IE6. I'm also on my work network, so there's probably not a great deal of fiddling I can do, but any advice would be gratefully received...
