I bought a Cannondale Synapse Tiagra 2011 from Pedal On last month at a very good price. Saw it on their website, called them up to check stock. Ordered the bike and had it the next day, with free delivery 
Anyway, only done 60 miles cos of the crap weather up here and heard a rattle from the front wheel on Saturday. Looked down and the dust cover at the hub had come loose (small metal disc).
Pushed it back in but it kept coming loose. Popped in to my LBS to get them to take a look and they said there was something up with the hub and to send it back.
After a quick call I was told to get it to them and they would reimburse postage cost. Got an email today saying to send the rear wheel back too as Cannondale are sending me replacement wheels and upgrading the Maddux R3.0 to Shimano RS10 for free
I know they're not super expensive wheels but from the little I've read its a decent upgrade.
So thought I'd sing both their praises.
