The first one looks like it has bent forks, I'd be very suspicious of it.

So it was sold by DonaldMoon last week and is now for sale by mrfaheemali2010. Is one seller allowed two ids in ebay ?

Yes you can have more than one, I have 2 although I only use one of them these days.
