Done ... but I was left wondering why you wanted to know my bike manufacturer but not the light one - it's a Hope - I like it's light output, but also the self contained batteries, easy to remove from the bars, it's look/feel. (Not saying it is perfect - it would notify me of low batteries BEFORE it turned itself off and would start the light sequence rather than end with the flashing mode.)

Q. What sort of bulb would you expect to have in a bike light
A. I don't really care. As long as it's bright it could be powered by burning sheepdog puppies over the juice of a million butterfly wings for all that it would bother me. Strange questions.

Seems somewhat pointless to me.
My preferred bike light at the moment is a Aldi 3W LED torch gaffer-taped to a bracket that came with a LED front light from Poundland. Chucks a beam half-a-mile down the road and gets 4 hours to a charge of NiMH batteries.
