Progress update

Hi all,

Just thought i'd say hello and tell you my progress

I'm still cycling, love it, cant wait for the great north bike ride in august!

I'm not doing as much as I'd like, work kids etc. but do get out every weekend and ride 20 to 30 miles and Im trying to commute to work at least once a week, going to try and do more.

My longest ride to date is 30 miles, gonna try and get to the 40 mark soon.

The average Britain cycles circa 37 miles a year, you are doing that in a couple of days or less

Do you fancy meeting up with NormanD and me to do the ride in August? Norm was great company last year and very patient with me even though I'm a beginner.

Took the day off work yesterday to go out on my bike, and went out with a friend, we did 40 miles, im thrilled to bits, was a bit tired the last few miles, but it was great, we were out about 5 hours.

Im sooooooooooooooooo tired today though.
