Purpose built course in Kent

About 10 years ago I did a charity bike ride in Kent (near the Sussex border and inland) and at start and finish was at a man made, purose built mountain bike track.

I had forgotten all about it but fancy going back and doing the circuit....but..

I don't know where it is or what it is called.

I think it began with a "P" but not sure.

Anyone know of it??
