Quality, value torque wrench

How serious are you going to get? I still use the ‘bar’ wrench I got 30 years ago when maintaining cars for the (few) occasions I need one. If you are of the ‘carbonista’ inclination, you may require something more particular.
Halfords offer one, and I have had no problems with their tools, pumps etc so far. Be aware, you should check the tool is capable of covering your needed range of settings.

I bought a "Jobsworth" brand one from Planet X about 10 years ago. TBH I don't actually use it to do things up to a specific torque very often, I just use it as a nice Allen key/driver set. Build and feel is nice. Of course, it may be insanely inaccurate for torque, I don't know.

I bought a Lifeline one from Wiggle which seems to do the job. You can still get them currently on offer at a penny under forty quid. Apparently 50% off however I’m sure I didn’t pay that much for mine.

That's the one I have, I am sure I paid less than £25 with free delivery in 21 or 22. I don't use it much, for tightening stem bolts and brake calipers, mostly. I think it is mostly the same as the Planet X one.

I bought one from Lidl earlier in the year that goes from 2 - 20Nm. God knows how I accurate it really is, but it matches my midsize Halfords torque wrench in the 10 - 20Nm.
I wouldn't risk it for brain surgery, but it's better than guessing.
