Just a couple of questions.

Why do most riders travel from South to North?

Is there anyone who I can contact who is the sage when it comes to all things LEJOG. I am trying to find out if anyone has ever done it on a scooter.

^^^ What they said. Plus it gets the worst of the hills out of the way while you're still fresh (Cornish hills are bloomin' steep).

Yes they do Jef but there is scant information about scooters. The links you posted are of a team who did it in relay, I believe. The other link mentioned a man who did it on a scooter but the only information I could see on Google was about his Electric bike ride.

We could Google long enough and get answers to everything, which would make this forum obsolete. Riding Lejog on a Kickbike is a bit novel and I hope it may interest people.

I live on the route and I see all sorts including scooters, unicycles and skateboards (different people).

we had plenty of headwinds going south to north in late may........still glad we did it that way though. save the best till last :-)
