Quick release for Avenir Panniers

I have a set of Avenir panniers which are a right fiddle to attach or remove from my rear carrier. The double pannier attaches with six webbing straps with plastic buckles and I want to fit some sort of quick release so I can take the panniers into shops as the panniers have a lovely carry handle. Any suggestions please regarding clips or anything?
