rack for 20"-wheeled folder?

Depends on which folder you have - I used a Tortec rack on my Dahon. Although designed for 700c wheels the extra height meant I could run full size rear panniers. If that is not a neat enough solution I believe that this Axiom rack has adjustable stays so it would reduce the excess height. I had the standard Dahon racks (front and rear) in the past and both are solid products if you can find them or the Tern alternative - -although I think the Tern racks are now a bit spendy..
