Raised handlebar stem

I've been fruitlessly searching for a handlebar stem that is an old-fashioned 25.4mm fit but that is raised (for MTB), as opposed to the flat type you normally find for a road bike.

Is there one out there? Would also happily exchange for the existing flat one I already have.

Sorry for the delay - I've been asleep most of the weekend, post-Swansea.

It's a quill stem.

No worries about the delay. I may have the very thing. I'll take a snap or two this evening and run a tape over it. And it's made of some bling type material too.
