Improving I think. They are under new ownership (again) and have had some quite favourable reviews for their road range recently. No direct experience of any of their recent products though so I can't confirm this personally.
Cyclelife is Raleigh's own chain of dealers and I find them fine to deal with. Have bought parts online without issue and visited the local franchise who were quite friendly and helpful.

Supposed to be improving (at long last) on their high end bikes, their lower spec are still good old reliable transport (as they always were)
