Raleigh Venture tandem stolen

Hi all, just to let you know that my beloved silver Raleigh Venture tandem has been stolen from my garage in Faversham on 17/11/13. I'm not expecting to see it ever again but if anyone does see it, please let me know, cheers - Mike

You've heard of Inspector Clouseau, Poirot and Scooby-Doo - now add Kent Police Force's PC Nunn to the list of famous detectives. The top bloke has only gone and found 'Bessie' my beloved tandem. Many thanks to Sittingbourne nick for a great job, well done! Case closed (well, nearly).

Thanks Steve, I can't believe the stupidity really. The police clocked 4 kids joy-riding it around the estate. As soon as they saw the police car they dropped it and disappeared. You'd think they'd lay low for a while and maybe 2-3 months down the line get rid of it on Ebay or something, by which time both the police and I would have given it up as lost. Maybe something went wrong in that the person they were stealing it for decided they didn't want to handle it after all. Who knows? I'm just glad to have her back.
