Has anyone seen a decal like this before ??
one suggestion has been the women's royal volantery service as the crank is blacked out and all the rest of the bike thank you

No idea about the badge but if the rear mudguard has the lower portion painted white that might indicate it was used during the war.

Thank you for the information and yes it does have a white bottom section rear guard spotted the badges ,thank you but not a decal , bit frustrating even tried H Lloyd ..no luck
