is there a way to see my previous ramp test results in zwift?

I took another today and got the congratulations your new ftp is… however I’d like to know he numbers from the test prior to this one

Zwift itself is rubbish for this sort of thing. If you scrutinise your ramp tests in a third-party application like intervals.icu, you can find out what result any particular test gave you. I’ve put my ramp test ‘FTP’ into my Strava activity description so that I’ve got a record.

Don't rely on Zwift to keep a record. Use the two other platforms for analysis and record. IC is probably the best out there if you like to analyse every detail

When it said 'FTP increase detected' it gave you the new number and showed you the previous one.

Do a 20+ min. all-out TT instead. The ramp test is a bit pants.

On the Zwift Companion App you can scroll back through your activities and see your data.
Also have you not linked your Zwift to your Strava so you can search for Zwift on your Strava activities or maybe even FTP will bring them up ?
