This morning I've had a facebook request fron a very pretty young libyan woman. We don't seem to have any common friends, she isn't a member of any of the same facebook groups as me.

All her posts are in arabic, all her friends seem to be very pretty scantily clad ladies.

It's probably spam, but I had a similar issue recently with an obscure IM service we just use at work for inter-office banter - I ignored it but the posts were so unspam-like that I felt slightly guilty that someone may have just 'had the wrong number'.

I'm very picky with the facebook friend acceptance.

I'm a member of the facebook group Slow Bicycle Movement, I often get fellow members making friend requests but tend to only accept friend requests from people I know in real life.

mistaken identity maybe - the facebook search facility might not give her enough ability to distinguish the particular @Sara_H she is after.
