Rattling Ortliebs

I have 4 Ortliebs that fit fine on my Tubus racks on my touring bike using the 11mm insert provided. On my winter road bike the clips are too big so the panniers rattle (Tortec Expedition). The smaller inserts are 8mm but these are too tight.

Are there different sizes available, or any other suggestions as to how to solve this?

Put the same rack on the winter bike?

Mine rattles at the lower clip... I,ve wondered about using some tape to stop it?

A bit of tape on the rack tubes or file out the 8mm inserts.

Or wrap a bit of old innertube around the rack to pad it out a bit (it also stops rattles)

Moving the racks is a massive hassle. It means at least 30 mins work, possibly more

I like the inner tube idea. Mmmmm a few cable ties may be needed too.
