Ms RT works for a small business. Not long ago, she went out for a few beers and a curry with her boss and his partner and a couple of the sub contractors the business uses. I'm going to change the names, but basically this is what she told me when she got home.
The boss (let's call him Simon) is gay and lives with his partner Robin.
The subcontractor, John, is married to Angela.
Angela is 29, very attractive and loves to be the focus of male attention. As the only female in the group, this would be ideal, but sadly both Simon and Robin fancy John, her husband, and both have had flings with him in the past.
... I just think this is brilliant. I love the idea of this attrractive young woman trying to be the centre of attention, while all the blokes in the group ogle her husband. However, that's not all ...
Angela would like a baby, but her husband doesn't want one. So she's got an arrangement with Robin, who is the only other member of the group of a similar age to her, that he'll get her pregnant. I don't know how Simon (who is 25 years or so older than Robin) feels about this.
Is it just me, or is that a perfect East Enders storyline?
