Rear 700C wheel, shimano 8/9 speed

Hi, am after a 700c rear wheel for a my training bike. Needs not be flash but ideally reasonably rugged and true. Planning on using shimano 8 or 9 speed cassette , so not screw on

I live in Kent and work in Surrey so can collect from these areas
