Rear Brake Thingy

What are they called?& who keeps them?
Rear brake caliper washer for the round steel tube,bit of ally bar machined out half round,must be easier & cheaper to buy,than to make.

Rear brake caliper concave washer. Any good bike shop.

Doh!Thank you,tried saddle washer,curved washer,but didnt think of concave washer.
