Rear mech advice

Hi, can someone recommend a good rear mech for my 12 speed Electric mountain bike? I broke a new one today (only fitted last week) sram eagle nx. Should I replace like for like, or is there something better at a similar price. Thanks all.

You will probably have to replace with the same. The shifter is normally matched to perform with the rear derailleur

Get a Shimano SLX or XT rear mech. They're much tougher than the SRAM NX and handle e-bike power better. You'll need a Shimano compatible shifter too, or a shift converter like a ShiftMate.
