Recommend a flat, water resistant camera for a jersey pocket.

Needs to be around 4-6 mp and have a zoom lens and be as flat as possible and damp proof to go in my jersey pocket. Oh, and easy to operate one handed for shots on the move.

Any suggestions?

I have the Canon ixus 100 IS. 12mp stills and takes HD video also. Used it on the Marmotte to video while climbing on the bike and on the flat on some other sportives. Useful for popping in shirt/trouser pocket and taking around various places.
