Recommend a Stem for carbon steerer ?

Hi All,



After my recent steerer issues I want to change my stem for peace of mind.

Can someone recommend a stem suitable for a carbon steerer ?.

I read so much stuff on having no lightening holes and cut outs etc its a nightmare. What stem apart from spez stuff comes with a shim to cover the lightening hole ? ive not seen one is this actually a must ?.
