Im going there this weekend for the Chilli Festival so i"ll keep an eye out for a cafe for you.

The West Quay Wetherspoons pub in Brighton Marina (East of the pier) if you're that way inclined. (Good brekkie and free hot beverage refills)
Plenty of space to lock up your bike too.

Failing that. there are a good few cafes along Marina Drive on the seafront just east of the pier.

Yes, very good. Had a nice big breakfast and a few beers there, adrying my socks near their fire, after a night ride ending in pouring rain a while ago. Bike stands nearby at the side. An old old pic though I think. At one time you could sit in those seats right by the water and on a sunny day imagine yourself in the south of France. The developers clearly thought this too good for Spoons customers so now there is an extra bit tacked on and the seats are further back. Still an excellent suggestion though.

Another advantage of 'spoons is that if you have the app on your phone, you can sit at an outside table with your bike, order and they'll bring everything to you.

Yebbut you can't order (or tastet . ) the guest beers with it though so I very rarely use it.

It's always scrimping on the meat that ruins a good fry up. You can't really mess up beans mushrooms or toms, eggs you can live with not bring perfect but a cheap sausage or bacon with more fat than meat and I won't be going there twice.

Agree. Have had some disgusting sausages in caffs. They are too much of a temptation to food adulterators. Spoons sausages are passably good definitely not awful but they will let you swap your breakfast's sausage ration for bacon.
