I travel around a bit for work, and next Tuesday I'll be in Bishops Castle until mid afternoon, then driving down to the Travel Inn at Llantrisant for a job in Pontypridd on Wednesday.
I'm looking at taking a bike, either MTB or road, and making the most of my free time. Can anyone point me in the direction of some routes that are non too hilly and are about an hour to an hour and a half long?
Trail centres could be an option as well if there's something suitable.
