I've been looking, but can't seem to find anything on the usual sites. I'll keep looking.
I think they're the Ritchey Pro OCR Disc - I've got them on my Boardman CX as per here: http://www.boardmanbikes.com/cx/cx_team.html

On chain Reaction the 26" version of the rim has been discontinued. Maybe that's the case for the 700c too, although they're standard on most of the boardman CX and hybrid range that only came out a couple of months ago so they must be available somewhere.

Can't see any CX specific wheels on the Ritchey website though.

Anyone of the reputable online wheel makers/vendors should have something to meet your price point.

Is it safe to assume any mtb hub ( that takes disks) will be ok ?

Yes, just check that the axle length is correct for your frame.

Superstar components have started doing road wheels. They would custom build for you with a disc hub.
