As it says: I need some amusing/interesting Podcasts to listen too.

Any suggestions please?

Currently, I'm on Confessions, Radio4 Fricomedy, Gardeners Question Time, World Service 'Science Hour', and 'Womens Hour'

My dad wrote a , er, adult book, is very funny.

Ted talks great too.

I'll browse the Desert archive, thanks. Last Word is something I usually hear 'live' (no pun intended.)

More or Less from radio 4 - looks at numbers in the news (and their accuracy or otherwise)

The Infinite Monkey Cage (when its on - you might be able to get past series?). Unless you don't like Brian Cox, in which case forget it...

It's a bit more complicated than that...
Freakonomics Radio is brilliant. General Knowledge quizzes from Radio 4. No such thing as a fish, from the QI elves. The Radio 3 essay for 15 minute bits of mind expansion. The Listening Service if you're interested in music. The Bugle is angry and funny but it needs an editor. Page 94, the Private Eye podcast, is a must-listen for quiet investigative journalism - Ian Hislop will be looked back on as one of the most radical influences on British life.

I'll steer away from the Adult themes, I think, but who/what is Ted?
Theres an app for TED, certainly on an Amazon fire tv stick for them.
Some of the work going on thats presented has life changing potential.

I have watched one too on the same subject as the https://www.cyclechat.net/threads/an-incredible-prediction-of-an-entirely-believable-future.212118/ thread which was quite compelling, but can't find it again now.
