Cheap and cheerful, but be aware you need to be able to get hold of a powerful hammer drill and a 16mm bit to fit it. I burnt out my cheap old black and decker and only got about an inch into the garage floor.
I'm guessing you used a round shank hammer drill... Percussion drill on concrete = fail, even with 5mm pilot holes. I found this out the hard way as the all the walls of my house are cast concrete besides the brick outer wall. I got my self a DeWalt SDS Plus (occasional industrial use), not cheap but it's never shown hints of struggling.Cubist said:I use one of these:
