Recommended Mail Spam Filter (Outlook) and Firewall

I've been using Zone Alarm Internet Security for some time (got a few deals on it and free last year).....

Seems as though Avast is good and speedy for Anti Virus (I use AVG on our other PC's), but can anyone recommend a non-bloated Spam Filter for Outlook......?

And a firewall ?

ZA does the lot, it's bloated though, but works well - OK its £30 p.a...... any other recommended products..?

PS the Home Network is behind a Netgear router with firewall, but that doesn't stop 'outgoing' ....

If you are a Barclays customer you can get a years free Kaspersky.
I switched my accounts to Halifax 2 years ago but never fully closed my barclays savings,had 1p in there yet still qualified.About £50 worth.
Think some others do it too.

I use NOD32 for my av and setup my linksys router as a hardware 'firewall' which has been ample for me for some six years now.
