Watching MOTD, a succession of difficult decisions, all got right. This is what they do, week in, week out - get the vast majority of decisions, despite very challenging conditions, right. Hats off to the men in black!

I've noticed that premiership refereeing is generally much better than the lower leagues and they don't get enough credit for their efforts, as per the op which are mostly right.

They all must have a love of the game to keep on doing it, despite the abuse and criticism. You hardly notice the best ones as they seem to be able to let the game flow.
