I've got a pro flex buried in the outhouse. gonna pull it out over the weekend. Here's the issue, the yellow elastomer bits have melted:blush:. other bits may be worn due to age. Am I correct in thinking it may be worth buying some coils for it. It was fun to ride 25 years ago. That was when I was into mountain bikes,having had my first one in the mid eighties. Will post some pictures once I get it extracted. Oh for the glory days of old . Here's a pic of what it's meant to look like, we'll see how the years have left my old bike on Saturday.

Woeful things, but quite popular with the retro mov, who'll tell you they were the best things ever.

I think you'll still be able to spurce elastomers if you really wanted to rebuild it.
