Cannot get this to work
As a step test the suspension springs back very swiftly using the hex screw on the cap when cable is disconnected

The remote is ok by tugging on cable etc befor it goes throught the guide at the fork
Once the GEAR cable is nipped up you can engage the suspension ok but it will not spring back once disengaged at the remote
The gear cable seems ok in the BRAKE outer with no tight turns etc
Could the issue by the gear cable brake outer mix
The remote exit/shock entry suggest it is a brake outer with ferrules

Might just need some adjustment. I had to do mine on my Cube when I got it. This is not for your fork but all work the same way. I should grease the cable or even replace it.
